Minimum Enrollment Requirement

To ensure stability for both the program and the children enrolled, families are required to remain enrolled at the centre for a minimum period of three (3) months.

Withdrawal and Deposit Refund

If parents or guardians decide to withdraw their child from the centre, a two (2) month written notice is required.

Provided that the child has completed the minimum three-month enrollment period and the two-month written notice has been given, the $500 deposit will be fully refunded or may be applied toward the final month’s fees.

The deposit is non-refundable if the family decides not to start care on the agreed start date.

If proper notice is not provided, the deposit will be forfeited.

Payment of Fees

Parents or guardians are responsible for paying the full monthly fee, or the parent portion if receiving subsidy, in advance on the first day of each month.

Payments may be made by post-dated cheques or e-transfer. Families are required to provide six months of post-dated cheques or ensure that e-transfers are sent on the first day of each month.

If fees are not received by the 5th day of the month, a late payment fee of $50 will be applied.

If fees remain unpaid after the first five business days of the month, the centre reserves the right to terminate care with 24 hours written notice.

A $50 service charge will apply for any returned or NSF cheque.

Fees are charged based on enrolment and reserved space, not attendance. Therefore, no fee reductions, credits, or refunds will be provided for:

• Sick days
• Vacation days
• Missed days
• Absences for any reason.
